The halways smelt of smoke, the room numbers were plaques over previous hotel plaques. Once inside the room there was poor lighting with cracks all over the walls. Good price point for the Midland area, but the hotel is in need of updating. Very poor lighting in the room and the ac/heating unit didn't keep a consistent temperature.

This hotel was without a doubt, the worst I have ever stayed in. The atmosphere was really creepy and conditions were absolutely fllithy, toilets on two of three floors didnt work, lamp shades , curtains are absolutely nasty,bathrooms were grimey and literally had dirt covered spiderwebs in the corners!
