The indoor pool that was advertised as a perk of staying here was out of service. The room was damp and dirty. I wouldn't even walk barefoot across the carpet! The staff were not friendly at check-in. The hotel cleaning service was vacuuming the main area/hallway outside of my room at 11:00 at night! The furniture in the room was... More

Here on extended stay for work, pool and hot tub haven't worked for 6 weeks. Management continues to say they are working on it. They obviously don't know what they are doing and continue there poor customer service by blaming it on other factors.

We have stayed here a year ago and everything was fabulous. This trip unfortunately wasnt as great. The kids had a great time at the pool but there was "feces" splattered on toilet seat and the breakfast was not up to par. And when my kids asked the breakfast attendant for waffle badder..he contimplated and then said NO. Wow!!! Really!?!?!?!

Obviously jumping on the gouge the oil workers bandwagon. I am not made of that kind of money. The place smelled like funny cooking. The beds were about the only good part. The heater didn't work in our room, parking was difficult. There were dirty floors everywhere. Water pressure wasn't good. Towels were dingy. Prices were madness in the general... More

Drug deals were going on. Found dirty mens underwear in our bathroom. Only stayed out of necessity. would never ever stay here or anywhere in this town again. It costs (on a special deal) 120$ a night...normally (apparently) 170/ night. This was one of the only hotels in the area that was under 200/ night. we were stranded here because... More

I felt like it was overpriced for the quality of the experience that we had, but I also know everything is expensive in the Midland/Odessa area right now due to the oil industry. First of all, our room faced the train, so we heard the train all throughout the night. The room itself was decent and clean, but nothing special... More

A month before our reservations they called and said that the hotel was under new management and we would have to pay $307.99. Because of the Oil... More

I was told they had plenty of rooms one week prior to visit. I planned to have kid friendly visit but they made a desk with an oil company and now have no rooms for over a year. I bet those oil guys love the new waterslide, because no families are welcome there. It's a joke
