We checked in around 8pm and found our room and the comfy beds easily enough, but there was no trash can in the room. Doesn't seem like a big deal unless you travel with children. Scored one from the hotel staff that was cleaning rooms the next morning after asking for one from the front desk and waiting a while.... more

Thank you for posting your comment. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your room. We constantly hear from our customers about the how comfy the beds are. Our lobby and breakfast area are currently under renovation, unfortunately closing the hotel is not a realistic option. In order for us to have no disruption of services, people will have...

A group of my extended family and friends stayed at Midtown several weeks ago, and we absolutely loved it. The renovated rooms were great, with plenty of high-end amenities. The service was excellent and the staff was great at keeping up with the demands of a group of 20+. Definitely worth the price, and we would love to stay here... more

Under no circumstance do I recommend that you use a credit card to pay for or reserve your room. Our card was charged for "missing" pillows several days after we checked out. I tried serveral time to get in contact with the manager and I was given the run around. more

Our staff at the Midtown Hotel takes great care in handling credit cards as well as guests personal information, as we are PCI compliant. I'm sure your stay with us and the quality of your room will be excellent as with all of our recent reviews. At the Midtown Hotel we take missing pillows as a serious compliment to our...

I stay here frequently on business because of the great value. The recent renovations at this hotel have made it comparable to some off the nicest hotels in Midland. The new rooms are first rate and beds are very comfortable, I sleep like a baby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The club that was here previously and brought in... more

We recently stayed at this hotel and i have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was recently remodeled and comfortable. The decor was very modern and the room had a huge flat screen tv. The location was great and service was excellent. The staff was friendly and it was refreshing to see the owner on site working hard... more

November 2008 We stayed for two nights as well as 5 other families from our soccer team. The rooms were given to us at a great price. The employees were kind and friendly. AND the rooms were clean. I read the previous reviews and was slightly concerned but I contacted the motel and asked questions. Their answers were true and... more

We stayed at this hotel because it had been chosen for a small convention. Things went wrong from the first. It took over 15 minutes to start the check in process because the owner was "playing" (their term not mine) on the computer and we (the paying customers) had to wait for him to finish. That was bad enough but... more

A group of us booked this hotel online. It's difficult to know what you're getting, but for the price , we hoped it would be ok. We paid $84 for the night. I didn't expect a four star hotel, but did expect a clean, safe place to stay. Our bathroom had not even been wiped down. There was urine on... more
