I read the recent review and decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did, because I will return next week. If you don't want to pay typical Midland-Odessa high prices, this motel may be for you. It's not fancy, nor is it new. It is, however, adequate, clean and about a hundred yards from a well known restaurant. I... More

I was surprised this place got such poor reviews. Better than a Valueplace by far. Hotel is your typical extended stay. Parking lot full of work trucks from people working out of town. Price is under half of any new hotel in Midland. Housekeeping was fine everyday. Had a decent size tv and newer paint. Bathroom was outdated. Overall not... More

At first glance it seems nice but when closer its absolutely disgusting. Dirty dishes in cabinets, floors are filthy, bathrooms are filthy and germ infested, dead bugs pushed under the bed, sheets and towels seem as if never changed. Service is terrible and website is very deceiving. There are two sweet women at the front desk but everyone else is... More

Booked this accommodation because it is one of the very few places that accepts non-declawed cats and for the economy as I was extended stay. The people at check in were nice The room was BASIC, with a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, a stove, and a cooktop. The dead bugs one of which as a dead roach really... More

The kitchen has dirty dishes in the cabinets. The sheets and blankets were full of cigarette burns. The bathroom had mold growing in the grout lines. The floors look like they hadn't been cleaned in months. What more do I need to say nasty!

The price for this stay was way too much for the quality that was received. The way this room looked i would not have minded paying $39-$49 for a room. But $100 hell no. Its a rip off. Room was not clean, old dust that was caked up on items in the room, ironing board broken and leaning crooked against... More

We didn't have very many options because we are dog owners and travel in a semi. This place offered truck parking and pets. That is the only good thing about this place. When you first walk in the room is smelled of urine. I always check the cleanliness ofbthe beds and found pizza sauce and hair in one of the... More

Okay, let's start off by saying this: you get what you pay for. When all the hotels in town are charging $150 a night plus (even the Best Western), and you have to stay somewhere that costs under $100, it's not going to be the nicest hotel in town. The hotel looks run down from outside, rusting staircases, wood trim... More
