Shorefield House is well situated to explore The Isle of Skye. The rooms are spotless and well equipped and very quiet. Breakfasts were a treat with a varied choice selection. We only saw Hilary once when we checked in but Peter was regularly available to provide any advice needed.

Shorefield House is a great place to stay when visiting the Isle of Skye. The location is a good central starting point to see Skye. The B&B is lovely, the rooms charming & clean, the breakfast was wonderful and included a variety of selections. Peter & Hilary were genuine, friendly, helpful; just a pleasure to visit with. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore Skye and leave the area having experienced warm hospitality. Our only regret is not staying longer as we only stayed two nights. Our host Hilary was incredibly professional and welcoming. Her daughter who was helping out for the holidays made a distinct impression on us. She was impeccably... More

This was a return visit as we were so impressed last time. The hosts are extremely hospitable, nothing is too much trouble. The room and facilities are exceptionally clean and well presented and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing - so much variety to choose from, as well as traditional scottish cooked breakfast. We will certainly be returning.... More

I was really impressed with the genuine warm welcome I received from Peter and Hilary, they were both very friendly and helpful. Their accommodation was spacious, well looked after and peaceful, and the food was excellent with plenty of choice. I can thoroughly recommend this place and would love to go back one day.

We stayed here for the second time and got again a very warm welcome. This B&B is one of my favorites, location is perfect to visit the north of Skye. Clean and nice rooms, good breakfast and reasonable price. I would recommand it to everyone.

me and my brother in law spent 5 nights at shorefield-house in June this year. I knew that B&B since 2004 and the quality of breakfast and the very clean and quiet rooms with their private facilities was still the same . Excellent ! Over the years i spent several holidays in Scotland in good B&B's but shorefield-house in Edinbane... More
