The answer is no now what's the question- sums this place up. Dated and tired rooms, extremely overpriced. £5 for a nice bucket in the room!!! (With no ice). The most awful service and lack of attention to detail. Untrained staff who don't have a clue what they're supposed to be doing. Steer well clear of a distinctly poor experience... More

My husband and I with our 2 children (9 & 6) stayed here on 26th July as part of a large wedding party. The hotel was very busy with lots of people arriving (2 wedding parties plus spa quests). My husband arrived before me and had managed to already check in. Thankfully!! The reception was a small room at the... More

I've stayed in this hotel quite a while back but thinking of going again for a weekend break. To start with, it's amazingly beautiful and gives you a feel of staying in a castle. The grounds are lovely. I enjoyed their take on food. My 3 course dinner was awesome, full breakfast one of the best I ever had and... More

Just spent a night staying in The Dukes Room at Rushton Hall for my 50th Birthday it was amazing the bathroom was especially nice and the four poster bed was sumptuous. We ate our evening meal at Rushton and the food was brilliant such interesting flavours and textures with spot on service. We will definatly come again.

Stayed here for a work do with private dining. Spa looked lovely but I only managed a quick gym session due to time. Food was great, all the staff were lovely and helpful and the place is beautiful. I stayed in the Lake Bedroom with a good view, a very comfortable room and a massive bathroom. I will definitely revisit... More

A splendid afternoon tea in a fabulous room. Endless tea, very good sandwiches, excellent scones, and a scrumptious selection of cakes (including a surprise top-up). Superb service, and a lovely relaxing atmosphere, with grand views over the grounds. A great way to spend an afternoon.

Very nice spa and treatment area with everything you need. Excellent food in the restaurant and although the total bill can tot up it's certainly of... More
