Having already spent one night here I decided to have my birthday weekend here as id loved it so much on my previous flying stop. It did not disappoint. Food, service, spa, etc all amazing. Especially as I'm extremely fussing with food, it was most definitely one of my favourite places to eat.

Had a one night break here. Excellent location and a tranquil setting. Wonderful service. Fabulous food with considerate staff. Had a very nice branch water and elderflower beverage with a lime twist. The room was excellent with very comfortable bed covered in high quality linen. Tub and shower very relaxing. A place of quiet harmony filled with elegance.

We recently attended a wedding at this hotel at which the Bride & Groom had a civil ceremony, at least we think that's what they had because we couldn't hear a damned thing and we were only sat four rows back and upon glancing around the rest of the guests and comments afterwards told us we were not alone, very... Had a three night stay recently. Its a lovely building with lots of history. Its a shame the hotel dont have a few details about its history around the building. The building appeared spotlessly clean throughout so well done to the housekeeping staff. Some staff where friendly and helpful whilst others where quite the opposite. For example: A simple (and... Booked a short break with my friends and did not know what to expect other than the photos of the house. It is beautiful, the whole house is immaculate, the house is full of history and spotlessly clean. We only had breakfast, so I can comment on that food. Its was very good, mainly ordered of a menu so all... More

We went to a wedding on the 5th of July and were really taken back when we first arrived, a beautiful building and a wonderful setting for a wedding... Unfortunately that's were it ended. Though the wedding was great there was so much talk about the staff, how rude they were and how unhelpful some of them where during the... More

We stopped at Rushton a hall last night. It was a gift from my parents. We checked in at 1pm and took champagne afternoon tea in the grand hall which was exceptional and very filling. We then checked in to our room, which was the plane chamber and certainly did not disappoint. The room was beautiful with gorgeous views across... More

We stayed at Rushton Hall with friends who were visiting the UK from overseas. We had a brilliant time with comfortable rooms and very attentive staff. We shall certainly recommend this hotel to others and hope to return ourselves before too long.

This place is full of history and is like going back in time. Its like going to a "Grand" National Trust or English Heritage stately home. The Bedrooms are first rate, the staff could not be more helpful. The food excellent, prices reasonable for the surroundings, you could spend days here and find something to see do or paint.

I'm quite shocked at the few negative reviews I have seen on here. I think these people need to stop being so greedy and making the main issue that you only get 1 sausage and 1 egg. Personally and I'm sure the majority of the population would agree that this would be enough considering that you get 2 bacon and... More
