This year was the second time we've stayed at las floritas we couldn't fault a thing! Staff were very friendly and helpful when needing assistance such as taxis and hiring buggies for my 2young children. The place it's self is very clean and family friendly. Highly recommend to anyone as it's located close to everything Tenerife has to offer but... More

Stayed here twice already booked in for two months after Xmas , the location is really good, apartments adequate , I didn't expect home from home just holiday base and am not disappointed. As for towel change just take an extra one to use in between changes if it's an issue, if you want five star pay five star prices

great hotel, basic and if you dont expect much and want somewhere safe and quiet to lay ur head then this is a brill place! There is no entertainment but there is a bar right outside the hotel. The distance to the beach is really good, about 15min stroll, and the pool is cute, it winds all the way round... More

This hotel is not good for buggies or elderly. So many steep ramps and full of roaches. I cannot count how many we saw during our week break. Also we are a family of four and was shocked when reception said we cannot have any clean towels as they only cleqn every FOUR days. We were expected to re-use the... More

Although no lift and rather noisy if you are in an apartment overlooking the road, the apartments are spotlessly clean. Towels changed every 4 days, beds weekly. Not too far to walk to the beach or restaurants. The pool is cleaned daily as is the area surrounding it - immaculate. The supermarket downstairs is limited on stock, however, 3 minutes... More

This is the second time at las floritas, but this time we went into private apartment, love the location of the apartment close to everything but not too close, my children aged 9/13 loved the pool. Brilliant place to eat and drink called the giddy goose, just down the road, Would definitely recommend the royal delphin boat trip we went... More

On arrival we were greeted by rude staff which commenced throughout our stay. Our room was not ready so we left our luggage in a room which had broken sunbeds and dead cockroaches. ( not a great first impression) Our room was big, ground floor quieter areas of apartments 10-1. That was the only positive. The room was very dated... More

Great hotel, cheap shop on site. Clean. Swimming pool was fantastic for young children but they do charge 1 euro for sunbed hire daily. staff were miserable but helpful, this did not spoil the holiday though!. The whiskey jar next door is friendly with great entertainment. would recommend the medieval show and Siam park if travelling with young children. We... More

Stayed here for two weeks in August. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There was a twin bedroom at the back for us, the sofa split into two separate single beds for the kids (10 & 12). The pool is one of the best we've seen, a long moat structure encircling the middle apartments (we were in... More

Stayed here for a week in June, 2 adults and one child. apartments were very clean, although the maids will only give you clean towels twice in a 7 night stay which was an issue when you would be showering every day then drying yourself with a dirty towel. There is no electric kettle, only an old style tea pot... More
