This is the worst hotel I have ever stopped in, the doors didn't fit properly so you had to fill the 2" gaps on a night with toilet paper to stop the cockroaches that had not already got in getting in, the french doors didn't lock but no one was interested. Stayed here for one week on a late deal to party in Tenerife.Me and 2 friends had a great time, apartment/hotel was basic but clean and secure.Staff were helpful and its in a great location just 5 mins walk from the nightlife. All in all perfect for what we wanted would defo go back!!! more

The hotel is full of bar workers from the UK, everyone sleeping in each others rooms, its filthy, there is no maid, the lift didnt work, rooms were constantly getting broken into! This place needs to be shut down for health and safety reasons! more

Dreadful place to stay. Cockroaches everywhere, unfriendly/unhelpful staff. I got electric shocks from the sockets of the apartments.
