Booked to stay in parque cristobal in July 2008 - arrived on 26th December to be told that the hotel was over booked and we were moved to the H10 Palmeras across the road. This hotel was perfect for kids. There is everything you need. Staff is very helpful and they changed our bungalow near the pool when we asked. Excellent accommodation and a good location. Food was good if a little limited for the children with a chef freshly cooking meat in front of you (crepes at breakfast) Staff were excellent and friendly from the receptionists through to the restaurant and bar staff and the cleaners.
