This was our first time in this hotel, and found if you were arriving at lunch time you will wait for your room to be ready. I stayed here with my 4 year old son and husband for 1 week. We normally go 4 star wherever we go and this is def not a 4 star. The staff are rude and if you need to ask a question at the reception if spanish tourists are present you are left standing. The food is terrible one thing... more

We were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. We did have to pay extra for the fridge but they' threw in a couple of bottle of water/sprite and san miguels in with the charge, and when the drinks had'nt appeared that day as promised, they supplied us with double the amount of drinks to our room.
