I stayed at this hotel with my friend for 2 weeks and had the worst holiday ever. We are 2 ladies in our 70's and have been many times to Tenerife. We love Tenerife but would never go back here. To start with, the food was very poor standard, basic and cold. The room was cold, damp beds with silverfish... More

Extremely worried about the bad reviews, we came to Tenerife staying at Las Piramides. It is not as bad as described, but obviously you can't expect luxury either. We are staying in a studio in which they don't provide double beds (not sure if it is only for this category). Cleanliness is not their best attribute and the rooms and... More

This hotel is very basic but very clean. The rooms and bathroom were spacious although the ones on the 3rd floor are smaller due to the pyramid shape of the building. We had a room in the main building on the front with a lovely sea view. I had a problem with the kettle not working which was fixed immediately.... More

The hotel was alright if your looking for a piss up with your mates! But we went on a couples holiday...First thing the staff were so rude and unwelcoming! The rooms weren't clean! If you walk around bear foot you'll get black feet! We found 2 cockroaches in our room! No air con or fan! That was a big problem... More

Spent a week here from feb 14 with 75 year old mum. Close to bus and taxi. Short walk to beach and prom. Food ok but could be hotter. Use the microwave. Clean rooms. Staff friendly and polite. Could do with more and better pillows. For price and location ideal.

A 3 star at its best, a bit dated ( what 3 star hotel is not in this day and age) but overall a centrally located hotel, the food is varied and good, the rooms are adequate and serve their purpose complete with cooker and cutlery but no delph towel or cleaning material, beds a slight bit hard but ok... We have stayed here 3 times over the last 20 years and it has never changed. It is a reliable source of good quality cheap accommodation. When staying in the south of the island we always consider it as it is located perfectly to either walk to Los Christianos or Adeji being central to either. Taxis are nearby and in-expensive.... I stayed at the Las Piramides from 1st - 8th December 2014 with my Fiance, dad, brother and his partner for my dads 50th birthday celebrations. We arrived at the hotel late at night and were situated in rooms next door to eachother which it what I had emailed and requested although we had no confirmation that my email had... More
