I would not recommend this hotel as the all inclusive was a joke,the rooms are in bad shape and do need a revamp,the pools are ok,the staff are okay,the thomas cook rep was nice and very helpful,our room had chipped toilet seat and bath,as we where all inclusive we thought our fridge hire would be part of our package but... more

Travelled with Thomas Cook. Transfer time to hotel only 25 minutues. Have stayed at many All Inclusive Hotels from the Med to the Caribbean, this is not the best, but not the worst. We have stayed at this hotel atleast eight times, great location, spacious rooms, friendly staff and good food. All inclusive option worth considering with the euro being so strong, although the food was better at this hotel before the all inclusive option was available. Usually reasonably priced and worth a visit! more

Just back, hotel was faultless. Yes the sunloungers were usually taken, i think this happens in most hotels ive stayed in, not a reason to give a negative review, any time we looked for a lounger we found three together without too much trouble. All nationalities were polite to one another - no problems. Food, hospitality, entertainment all 1st class.... more

Stayed from 7-14th July with friends. Contacted hotel by e mail in advance and got a superb room on 9th floor with views across pools. Staff were great. Rooms cleaned with new bed linen every day. Yes there were a lot of Belgians there but they were all very nice.Food was good pools cleaned every day with one of them... more
