Excellent hotel. Just been for our second stay and it won't be our last. The food is excellent and makes the hotel worth visiting for this alone. There is a wide range of options ranging from roasts, steaks, pasta to canarian dishes, and the menu changes each day. The soups are my wife's particular favourite. Staff are very friendly and... more

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have ever stopped in. The hotel is clean and the food is of a very high standard. The hotel staff are polite and the restaurant is very well managed with regard to food hygiene and service. One area of disappointment was the pool area and the regimented way the sunbeds and... more

Just back from Hotel Vulcano staying from 15th May 2009 for one week. This was our first visit to the hotel and would not stay there again. Main problem was the pool area which was the worst I have ever encountered. No atmosphere at all. Sunbeds are in regimented rows with not really enough space to move them about; most... more

This is our second stay here and it was just as wonderful this time. Had a great room & view. Food was excellent and I'm a fussy eater, something different every day. You can't put your towels down to save sunbeds before 8am which we thought was fair and if you're not at your bed by 11 then towels are... more

Just returned from an 11 day stay, it was the first visit to the hotel and wont be the last. The food is 'superb', good quality and lots of choice. Staff are brilliant, efficient, and friendly. Hotel is in a superb area, and is very peaceful at night. Be aware of the fridge situation which many people have mentioned. We... more

Just back from the Vulcano after spending a week there with my daughter. This was my 5th stay at the hotel and I am as impressed as ever. The location of the hotel is superb as it really is in the heart of Las Americas and the staff are the best I have ever encountered. Manuel, from the poolside cafe... more
