By American standards this hotel would barely make a 3 star. First the Positives: Main reception was nice. Location ok, Has it's own beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Good kids club (at least mine ages 4-11 seemed to think it was ok), as a parents the kids club seemed like lots of actiivies and the ladies seemed nice, had... More

We had an amazing time at he Med Palace from beginning to end. Upon arrival we were greeted with a glass of champagne, from there our bags were delivered to our room, which was simple but had everything we needed. We booked half board and were not dissapointed. The breakfast was gorgeous with champagne included, plenty for everyone. The evening... More

Had been looking forward to our stay at this hotel as we had a wonderful time there 2 years ago. 25e in a taxi from the airport, greeted with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival & a porter brought our luggage to the room. However on arrival we were told that additional charges had to be paid despite proof... More

This is quite an odd hotel to be honest. Its lavish and luxurious in a kind off pseudo Eastern European business hotel meets family holiday resort style - lots of chrome and black leather everywhere and a sense of opulence that really only lasts until you get to your room. We were given some really nice champagne on arrival which... More

This is my 4th visit to Tenerife. All but one of them I stayed at this Hotel. I booked a last minute one week away to stay here. Although it was expensive in comparison to some of the other places to stay, I decided to stay here. My room was facing the road, was noisy at night but this was... More

The restaurant had plastic tables, they looked cheap and nasty, my husband and I went into the Cleopatra for breakfast which was excellent. The sunbeds were old and saggy. We did enjoy the poolside. Our room was cleaned every day with clean towels. The staff were excellent.

The hotel was advertised as a 5 star but the accommodation barely reach 3 star status!! The location is fantastic but the hotel is dated albeit they are investing in the reception area but that is only the tip of the iceberg. Staff are friendly & games were organised each morning but afternoons tended to be more quiet around the... More

Having booked this hotel for a special occasion was expecting 5 star hotel and treatment. Room was very small, but clean. Food was buffet style and only thing hot at breakfast was the omelette which you had to join a queue and was floating in grease. Seating was plastic chairs, no staff at entrance of dining room anyone cold walk... More
