believe me the title says it all. this resort is 1 or 2 star at best. it has a plaque displaying 3 keys outside. there is no restaurant, it is at best a noisy understaffed canteen, serving repetitive, sloppy food. we had to clean our own tables when we did eat there, most of the time we walked out hungry... more

Had a really good time at the Gran Oasis, however it is quite far out and if you want to go into Las Americas you will need to get a taxi which will cost you around 8 euros. Tenerife itself is fairly quiet. The hotel is lovely, very clean and tidy with lots of entertainment going on day and night.... more

just come back from a week with Thomas Cook and we were really surprised with the value for money and standard of the hotel.
