I booked a one bedroom apt at Tinache on DEC 26. The building as well as the apt are dirty, run down and unsafe. Bathtub was full of rust, doors broken, walls dirty. Garbage bags are stored in the corridors, electrical wiring is exposed. The apt was booked through the THROB agency. Beware, they sell this apt as "budget accomadation".... more

Having read the two reviews on trip advisor I was weary of coming to these apartments. However our room (for a 1 star) Had key card entry, new worksurfaces, curtains, linen and crockery. They were very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We paid 8.62 a night and couldnt believe the value as we could have slept... more

We booked our reservation through travel republic online. When we arrived there were two single camp-beds and not the double room we had booked. I booked the Tinache Apartments in Playa Del Ingles and on arrival found the room not only to be of a very poor standard, including no hot water, no cot, no blankets on arrival, a hugh hole in the outside wall where it was once a balcony and the hole was for drainage, cracked toilet inside full of passing material... more
