We stayed in this hotel 2 weeks in May and really enjoyed every day of our stay in Gran Canaries. Hotel staff is very friendly, great attention is paid to kids. Just returned from 1 week all inclusive stay and the hotel was as was pretty much as i had anticipated.The staff are truely amazing in all areas from cleaning,bar staff and restaurant staff.Excellent fast friendly service at all of the bars and the staff seem genuinely happy in their jobs which is so good to see.Animation staff are a hoot... “Excelent service and staff”

Been there in 2012. The staff was amazingly nice. Lots of activities all day log, by the pools. The interaction with the guests is always friendly and funny. The hotel is not new, but it's well kept and clean. The corridors are a bit long, but we found some helpful shortcuts. Excellent food and drinks. Had a really nice time!

Literally just got home having spent a week at this lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Only booked bed and breakfast, but upgraded to All Inclusive due to the cost of eating outside of the hotel. Well worth it, food was amazing.
