We are a couple in our mid 40s holidaying with a teenage son and his friend. We chose this holiday because of the sun/temperature predicted this time of year and the price suited our budget. We have not been disappointed! Our first visit here was easy from check-in to departure, with only a few minor niggles this week, but this... More

This was the first time we had stayed at this hotel, and it will the be the last. The good part about the hotel was location, views and the spa, the rest leaves a lot to be desired ie the food was in-edible, we cut into what was supposed to be a hot meal and turned out to be frozen.... More

As a single traveller I was given a single room last year which I wasn't too happy about, but this year I emailed my request in advance for a room on the top floor near the solarium and to my delight my request was honoured. The room was, to put it kindly, "retro", and the tiny bathroom has seen better... More

This is a somewhat dated hotel, without Air conditioning which accounts for the three star rating. Enourmous suite, bedroom, bathroom, and bath (21 paces long!!). Nice bar good pool area lots of sunbeds, and pleasant staff, with a reasonable location and free bus to beach. Downside, not enough staff, who were pleasant and hard working, but service is slow. The... More

I stayed here with 3 young children and was very impressed with the huge family room. It had 2 beds, 2 wooden cots, a settee bed, lots of storage and I still had room for my double buggy without needing to fold it. My buggy also fitted in 3 out of 4 lifts. The family rooms also have safe balconies... More

The best thing about this hotel is the staff who are almost with exception friendly and eager to please. The food is plentiful, good choice and above average buffet standard. It delivers good value for money. The bedrooms, corridors and bathrooms are very dated and shabby. The bathrooms are particularly nasty - what is a shower curtain in the 21st... More

Im a coeliac so finding a holiday all inclusive was harder than i thought and i was nervous. The hotel on producing a gluten free restaurant card in spanish were really accommodating but every meal was hard work. Hopefully they will improve but the hotel had no faults. Yes it had a lot of europeans you struggle to hear a... More

My husband, myself and 3 friends went to celebrate my birthday and had the best time. I cannot praise highly enough the rooms, food, drink, facilities and staff. The spa was to die for, plenty of sunbeds, food in the restaurant replenished immediately it ran out with lots of good choices to eat and drink. The rooms were unbelievably spacious,... More

I stayed during the Christmas time as usually do and I wasn't so satisfied as I was for the last 2 years. The night entertainment was very poor, because of the shows. Every day the staff that are all day in the Hotel do the show.It isn't there fault, they try but last years the hotel had other artists that... More

The hotel reception, poolside, bars and dining room were clean, welcoming and spacious. The staff were superb - very friendly and good-humoured. The clientele appear to be predominantly Dutch, German and Scandinavian and despite the hotel literature requesting that sunbeds weren't saved under towels there were a plethora of towels draped over the beds as soon as hotel staff had...
