Excellent all round hotel with good service, food, drink and entertainment. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and any one looking for a good enjoyable holiday weather just for relaxation or if you want more activity.

My daughter and myself decided to come here for a little break and we weren't disappointed. I was delighted to find the standard of accommodation above my expectations, the room and ensuite were large and spotlessly clean which for me is most important. The food was varied and very tasty, we went half board incase we didn't like the food... More

Stayed here for 11 nights from 6 September 2014. The hotel is generally quite nice. We had a superior apartment which was excellent 10/10. But the major problem in my opinion is the food. The hotel and the capacity of the restaurant are a mismatch. On the first night I can only describe as chaotic. A long queue going down... More

We were allocated this hotel by Monarch/Cosmos because they had made a mistake and over-booked our original hotel. Therefore as an adult couple looking for a quiet, relaxing break, this was not the sort of hotel we would have booked. The positives were that the hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were lovely in the main hotel, offering comfortable... More

For those of you commenting with brilliant reviews of this hotel I dread to think where you have been before. First of all when we arrived we were "greeted" by the most arrogant man on reception who shoved a piece of paper in front of us to fill in then we were given a room card & that was that... More

Myself and my family stayed for a weeks all inclusive at the end of August and had a great time. When reading other reviews about this hotel it never fails to amaze me what people find to complain about while on holiday............. Expensive wi-fi? don't buy it, your on holiday for gods sake. Expensive towel rental? Erm, take your own.... More

We stayed 8 days at this hotel, and enjoyed it. The pool area is good, but what i absolutely dislike, is the reservation of pool beds with towels...Although the hotel policy strictly forbids this...40% of the beds are already taken...at 7 in the morning...right..The hotel should fix this, as i have seen some fights over it during the day! The... More

Another relaxing stay at Barceló Margaritas. We return to this hotel due to its location, recently refurbished rooms and choice of food. However, this time the food choice (whilst buffet style) was less to our liking. We are fussy eaters and do not eat much meat so were disappointed by the lack of chicken dishes available and vegetarian options. We... More

Lovely hotel, good food and great second swimming pool by the apartments. Daytime activities by small hotel pool, if thats what you want but we preferred the other quieter pool by the apartments. Half board food is good, variety was OK but not fabulous. Lots of local food, so don't expect english food. Well cooked and presented.
