In all I have now spend 75 days in the last 21 months in this splendid hotel over 4 stays and you begin to notice things. The staff and service are still of the highest quality but the offerings are not like they used to be. Broken teapots at breakfast, the cheese trolley service is now a la carte, in... more

This is a fantastic place to stay. The natural setting was quiet and wonderful; the staff were amazingly helpful and kind, everything else was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful and magnificiently kept, we enjoyed swimming-pools and jacuzzi in particular. The beach in front of the hotel offers spectacular views. You have quite a big range of foods to choose... more

this hotel is probably the best in its area, especially for the views. we thought the staff were great, happy to help with anything. The two pool areas were great, never had to worry about getting a sunlounger, there were enough for everybody. the food was great, we went on a half board basis and at breakfast drinks were included. there... more

We travelled with grandparents and 15mth old daughter. Staff are absolutely a credit to the Riu chain, welcomed with open arms, they loved our daughter! However.....if you are a sensitive soul like me and worry what people think, don't go here. The 90% of German guests, glared, stared and quite obviously talked about my daughter when she made a peep,... more

We have just returned from our fourth stay at this hotel and we are still impressed how this place keeps up to its level over years. Gardens, rooms, communal places are very well kept. Only minor change we saw this year was in breakfast offer which seems to display just little less options and in some cases in lower quality... more

When you arrive at this superb hotel there is no queing at reception. You present yourself to reception you give your name and passports, you are invited to go to the lounge area to wait. A glass of champagne is served to you free of charge, you are then invited in your time to go back to reception to sign... more

Stayed for a week at the end of Feb. '09. We were not disappointed, from check-in to check-out you cannot fault the service. The hotel has probably one of the best locations on the island (hired a car to have a look around the island). The restaurant is optional – buffet or service. The variety of foods is excellent, freshly... more

We chose this Hotel because of the excellent reviews on Tripadviser, and we were not dissappointed. We have stayed at Riu hotels before so knew what to expect. I have to say this is the best one so far. The staff very freindly, the bedroom was large, clean and tidy. We were able to sit on the balcony and look... more

Four of us stayed for a week lazing in the sun, so the hotel, rather than the resort, was the important thing, and the hotel was great. Very clean, lovely food (Krystal restaurant well worth at least one visit and at no extra cost on half board - but not well advertised - if I hadn't read about it on... more

Stayed the first two weeks of Feb on half board found the rooms very nice with two good easy chairs, flat screen TV, good bed (firm). and good quality patio furniture. Kept clean by helpfull housekeeping staff. Nice restaurant, good quality food with plenty of variety, cooking ok but 2 weeks of buffet food was enough. Krystal restaurant option excellent.... more
