Although me and my family stayed in this hotel over a year ago I just really wanted to say how wonderful this hotel is and I would come back too because it was great! The room was very spacious and had air conditioning which was perfect at night time, the balcony was overlooking a beautiful sea view and also the... More

Staff were exceptional (except pool bar manager), reception staff could not do enough to help us and were always available and friendly. The pool bar however should be avoided at all costs, the manager is rude and the food is overpriced for what it is. Down the hill a short walk are some bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops which were... More

This place is good for the price I guess. We got a great deal so can't complain very much. It's not the nicest place in the world, but it's definitely comfortable. The pool is lovely, has a gym, and the staff are generally nice. The staff aren't overly helpful, but they're not blatantly rude, like many resort places these days.... More

Returned to Blue Bay for 4th time, it has got quieter each time & is now like a ghost town! Our room 522 was nicely decorated but the bathrooms are shabby & in desperate need of an upgrade. However that is the only negative thing I can say about the apartment & the large balcony is just fantastic! The hotel... More

This was our first time at this resort, and having red a few of the reviews we were a little concerned. However from the start the first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the resort set within stunning grounds that were tendered with loving care. We stayed in a sleep 4 which was the largest one bed apartment... More

This was our first time at this resort. I was a bit concerned by some of the criticisms and negative comments in reviews but decided to go with my gut instinct. I am so glad I did. In our experience most of the criticisms are unfounded. We found this resort to be exceptional in all respects and are already looking... More

we have been staying at bluebay for the last 10yrs, we have a disabled daughter who is wheelchair bound. The staff have all gone out of their way to be helpful and even made a ramp on a small set of steps to enable us to move easily from the ground floor apartment to the pool area. All areas of the hotel... This hotel is at the very far end of the tourist area. It has an air of former glory. But large areas are empty. The pool area is beautiful but he pool is too cold to use. And there are long walks from the rooms to the reception. The rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies are nice while the... More

Having read the reviews just before we left I was a little nervous but decided to go with an open mind. When we arrived we were both happily surprised by the amazing view from the reception area, check in was efficient but not friendly. Our room, a superior apartment on the 4th floor, was spacious and again had a great... More
