The bluebay beach club is one of the best family self catering apartments I've stayed at as a family of 5. That said I'm going to start with the negatives of this place.you cannot check in before 4pm,and it's located at the top of a very steep hill walking up and down the hill is a problem for most especially... Stayed here in March/April the apartment we had for our needs was ok but needed a lot of repair work, the hotel was empty when we went so generally felt closed and the hotel had a non holiday feel. The food was expensive in my view as with most of the restaurants around. My view is that if you look... More

Although me and my family stayed in this hotel over a year ago I just really wanted to say how wonderful this hotel is and I would come back too because it was great! The room was very spacious and had air conditioning which was perfect at night time, the balcony was overlooking a beautiful sea view and also the... More

Staff were exceptional (except pool bar manager), reception staff could not do enough to help us and were always available and friendly. The pool bar however should be avoided at all costs, the manager is rude and the food is overpriced for what it is. Down the hill a short walk are some bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops which were... More

This place is good for the price I guess. We got a great deal so can't complain very much. It's not the nicest place in the world, but it's definitely comfortable. The pool is lovely, has a gym, and the staff are generally nice. The staff aren't overly helpful, but they're not blatantly rude, like many resort places these days.... More

Returned to Blue Bay for 4th time, it has got quieter each time & is now like a ghost town! Our room 522 was nicely decorated but the bathrooms are shabby & in desperate need of an upgrade. However that is the only negative thing I can say about the apartment & the large balcony is just fantastic! The hotel... More

This was our first time at this resort, and having red a few of the reviews we were a little concerned. However from the start the first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the resort set within stunning grounds that were tendered with loving care. We stayed in a sleep 4 which was the largest one bed apartment... More
