My wife and I have just returned from a week at the San Agustin Beach Club , like most places it takes a few days to adjust. Yes it has a lot of Scandanavian and German guests all who were excellent company , certainly at the start of the week many were on the older side but as the week... More

Hotel is expensive but for those looking for peace and quite it is excellent. I felt this hotel is mainly for older people looking to relax, there is not that much going on nearby and although the beach is very nice the area was too quiet for us. Booked half board package but only ate dinner here once! That was... More

Beautiful hotel in quiet location. Fantastic if you're over 65! Or German.... This hotel doesn't cater for English people. Hotel itself is gorgeous. But has the worlds most uncomfortable bed and you can hear upstairs neighbours on the loo. Food in restaurant on first night was spectacular. Sadly it went down hill after that. We might as well have eaten... More

Previous Tripadvisor reports are accurate and helped us choose this hotel which suited our need for a smaller hotel with more personal service in a quiet location with good food. The hotel has a marine theme and a friendly, caring team and active management to run it. Its a little old fashioned but has all mod. cons. It has a... More

San Agustin is a sleepy town, perfect for couples like us who wanted to get away from it all and chill out. The Beach Club is somewhere where the staff will do a good job of looking after you. Good points: * Pool area has two pools, a Jacuzzi and many sun beds as well as gazebos to enjoy the... More

This was our first visit to the island and our first Christmas away from England. We found the hotel to be fabulous .......The bedrooms are spacious and well furnished and very clean. The reception area is very stylish and the staff could not be any more helpful if they tried. All the staff in the hotel are extremely courteous and... More

After reading some of the reviews of this hotel I was just a little apprehensive but having had 10 days superb holiday I just wonder if these folk had been to the same hotel! This hotel has a good aspect both to the beach and for the promenade. The rooms are a delight beautifully clean and convenient. The whole hotel... More

Just spent 10 days here with my partner. The hotel is in an ideal position for beach goers although the local shopping centre is run down and bars poor quality. Although a short taxi journey to playa de ingles or mogan is well worth it. I was dissapointed when I arrived in room(next to stairs from pool) as there were... More

We actually were not supposed to be staying here as we had booked the sister hotel ,Caserio in Playa del Inglés. Due to a booking error by the tour company we were sent to Caserio and they had no knowledge of us at all. They were highly efficient at the reception, and explained that they were fully booked but had... More
