Bad smell and noise from the water fabric near to the hotell, otherwise nice place to be and close to the beach, I like the beach and nice facilities at the hotel as well but it could be nicer when the area is better. I like also the personell at the hotell.

The room was very dirty. Complained to the hotel several times, but nothing happened. Left overs from other guest in the toilet, huge “dust balls” under the bed, other people’s hair in the shower. Old “food” stains on chairs, refrigerator and in drawers. Wiped of tables, countertops and the cloth got “black”. Told the hotel every day and on day 4 they offered us a compensation. Our two little girls could take what they wanted drink/eat from the shop, and my husband and I laws offered a bottle of Prosecco. We said we didn’t needed that, but they said that we could take it the next day. Next day they also offered us a 50 euro voucher to use in the snack bar by the pool. But, I would only get that if I signed a paper that would state that I couldn’t complain anymore. I didn’t accept, and the offer of 50 euros and “free stuff” from the shop was valid anymore. All we ever wanted and ask for several times was a clean room, which we never got during the week we stayed.

The furniture is old and used, literally the shelfs in the frigde were cracked and they fell during our stay. There is no air conditioning so if you go there in the summer be prepared to die of heat. You have to pay 18 euros in cash for one week of WiFi , a hotel that prides themselves in being Scandinavian friendly doesn’t take card? That’s kinda ridiculous. There were used up fake old nails in one of the cabinets, so it was very clear that the cleaning was very superficially done. Honestly, save yourself the money and disappointment.

We booked the hotel through spies and it showed that it is a 4 star hotel with apartments. The information was deceiving, the hotel is more like 2 stars with no air condition and all the furniture is very old. Besides this fact the hotel is nice for families. It is places close to the sea and it is pretty easy to find a parking spot even though it does not offer parking. There are many restaurants and supermarkets close to the hotel and san Augustin shopping center is free hundred meters away. I would recommend it for families with small children but not for young couples.

We had a very nice stay in Norcopia, the view from the 2nd-floor balcony was to the ocean, and the apartment itself was well appointed. There is a mini-mart next to the reception and the San Agustin shopping mall is nearby, where one can get what one needs. Paying a bit extra for the view is worth it. The pool area was cozy and served by a small bar which also makes food portions. The beach is reachable by a walkbridge, and the beach extends all the way to Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. Housekeeping was efficient and even did the dishes. Small minuses com from the extra fee for using the in-room safe, the only-Swedish hotel manual and the selection of TV channels, which have mainly Swedish and Spanish content (altough BBC was there too).

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and indeed the best about this place. Everybody speaks Scandiavian. We chose a family room for 2 adults and 3 children in September, and had warm nights since there were no aircondition. It wasn't mentioned aircondition in the description, but I am used to aircondition to be standard and it was at leat 10 years ago we went to a top-rated apartment/hotel without that. Disappointing. San Augustin is not an exciting place, and has no city centre with restaurant or shops. It was stated that Norcopia was 300 meters to centrum, but there was none, but there were around 1 km to a shopping mall which was okay. There is no breakfast nearby, you have to go to the shopping mall. I recommend the bakery in the basement floor, they open at 7:00 AM every day. You have to go over a bridge to get to the beach, a 5 min walk. The pool is small, but okay. The only place around to buy food is the poolbar, and had good food and variety for being a snackbar. Most things about this place is average and the location isn't that great. I believe that most of the reviews gives much of it's credits to the service, which is truly great. But if you are looking for 4-5 star place to stay, this place doesn't quite reach up unfortunately.

Here you are greeted with cold drinks upon arrival. The staff is very nice and helpful. What a great service! Cozy and spacious apartments located in a quiet neighborhood . Close to shops, restaurants and other things. The pool area was nice, clean and tidy. The only thing that I missed was air conditioning. But I soon got used to it and had the fan in the ceiling before I went to sleep. I had the window up at night.

So fantastic warm and serviceminded. The rooms are light, cozy and very nice. All amenities from kitchen to safe are in nice and Well-mentained shape. The apartments and surroundings are so well kept they stand out in the area. The pool and pool bar is beautiful, even the sun beds are cleaned every morning. The terrasse at each appartment is large and has room enough for the whole family to dine with a view of the ocean (we lived on the 3rd floor). If you like a run, walk or swim in the early morning - its easy accesable hence the boardwalk is 2 minutes away. Public transportation is nearby, taxi's are cheap to nearest town center with shopping. Or you can use the Well assorted mini shop at the lobby for breakfast. I could keep going - from the welcome champange to the amazing service - but give it a go - and feel at home ;) we will be back;)

This is a nice place to stay if you like quiet surronding with a relaxed atmosphere. The san augustin area is a rather layback area with little night life. The apartment is OK. Not a luxoriuos place but nice and clean. So for a relaxed weekend its ok. Only thing is the wifi that is a crap.

Great room with good facilities in a quiet neighbourhood, very nice pool area and the staff members are smiling and friendly. Everything is kept very clean and there's a fine and not too pricey little shop at the reception. 3 minute walk to great beach area. The hotel should get its' own WIFI, the service used is quite poor and you can only access with one unit at a time.
