Dire. Totally dire. Terry Waite would have rarther have spent a few more years tied to a radiator than stay here. Not suitable for animals, never mind humans. Music so loud, you'll give up trying to sleep. Riots and running battles with Police did make me feel more at home (I'm from near Birmingham) If you reading this and thinking... More

You get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful wouldn't recommend for young families but perfect for groups of friends going away together great location, great entertainment provided and apartment in an acceptable condition

Wouldnt return in a million years but got exactly what we paid for which was somewhere to lay our heads for 3 nights cheap for my stag do.8 of us stayed there ages ranging from 38 to late fifties. Very noisy full of young drunk irish youths,if you are planning on wanting a peacefull sleep anytime its not the place... More

Imagine the worst place on earth and double it. Here you will not sleep, you will feel scared and threatened by the gangs of yobs and you might get bitten by bed bugs like I did. I´m pretty open minded but this was on another level. People throwing up wherever they liked, drunk couples having sex by the pool at... More

I stayed her with my family the end of June 2012! The hotel is very noisy we had dirty stained towels and dishes so went out and bought more! You definitely get what you pay for I would advise anyone with a family to avoid this place it doesn’t matter how cheap it is. If however you enjoy seeing violence... More

Went here with my best buddies as part of a cheap trip away: experience nightlife abroad and a different culture to our own. The hotel itself was cheap so we didn't expect much but the hygiene was disgraceful with marks, staines and dirt on bed sheets, walls and the carpet. I wouldn't want to cross the staff as they looked... More

I would only recommend this accommodation to any one who doesn't care for hygiene, getting any amount of sleep or is not easily offended. When I arrived here with my friends at 2am we were sent to our room which involved very dodgy lifts which smelt of a mixture of vomit and urine, a corridor with more vomit, general dirt,... More

It is great hotel for such small money. Perfect for travelers, who don't estimate high service level, but prefer to save money. I was really happy to find this hotel.

I stayed here in June 2012! NEVER AGAIN!! I didn't mind the fact that it is incredibly noisy and the staff are horrible, it was just somewhere to put our heads down!! We stayed for 3 nights.. We were out for two of those and on the 3rd night I didn't feel the best as I suffer from epilepsy so... More

To all the older people writing bad reviews, WHY STAY ON THE SANTA PONSA STRIP IF YOU EXPECT PEACE AND QUIET? There is a quieter part of Santa Ponsa, I suggest you stay there! Of course the Santa Ponsa strip is going to be full of young people because it is full of late night bars and clubs. The Deya... More
