My husband and I spent the last week of September at the Santa Ponsa Park. This was our 2nd visit, the last time the hotel was owned by Acorn. We had booked the Pionero hotel which is a sister to the Ponsa Park but were moved to the ponsa park when we checked in. This was not a issue both hotels are ajoined and can use both's facilities. Once you accept that this is not a 5 star hotel for the price of a 3 star, you willbe well on your way to enjoying yourself. I stayed here for a week with a friend all inclusive and found it to be very clean with excellent food and really hard-working staff. The rooms were a bit on the small side but totally adequate for 2 adults. A greeting of "hola" or a simple "gracias" when served brought a smile to the faces of staff, from cleaners... more

Stayed all inclusive for a weeks break. Hotel very clean rooms good and food above average (athough not really suitable for children). Entertainment to suit everyone and there was always something going on in the adjoining hotel. more
