rooms clean, basic, but nice, our room was in the main block, and very quiet, with a view of the camping site, very pretty at night, with all the little lights on, we had a free safe for all inclusive, free bottled water, ideal location, just off from the main hub of salou, fifteen min from beach, the beach really... Went for a week all inclusive last week in June 2013 with Thomson. Had a room in calypso 2 at the front of the hotel . Could hear the buses starting up in the morning! And quite noisy too,Rooms ok for 3 star as I would expect you do get English channels on the tv a bonus. The food was... More

We stayed at this hotel when the Spanish children were of school,, so the hotel was really busy to the point they were shoving and pushing by paying guests to beat them to the restaurant ,,I reported to the reception that a boy had pushed me flying the stairs hurting my ankle..receptionist stated that all Spanish children get a free... Stayed here in September 2013. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean and well kept. Had an all inclusive package. The food was adequate, always found something we enjoyed. The deal we had through Thomson was very reasonable and overall I think this was a very good holiday for the price. The entertainment was probably the best... More

I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions. Even at this time of year. A few days before we arrived the Spainish Government had chosen this hotel for the pensioners who got reduced rated between €25 to €35 per night. Some of the British had been told there would be know change to entertainment but it would... More

After travelling here the first week in October to celebrate my first wedding anniversary this hotel looked ok on arrival. The rooms were clean and adequate for just us two but small enough. We took the all inclusive option. The outside dining area was great or so we thought. Food was same every day and sometimes either very undercooked or... More

We paid £250 each for 1 week all inclusive in September. I must admit I was dubious about the price and the 3 star accommodation. We found the hotel Calypso to be excellent value for money. The food was ok, the food served on the veranda was very good and the drinks were what you expect, can't complain at all.... More
