Came to the hotel in August 2012 and then again around the same time in 2013, we absolutely loved our stay in 2012 but this time around it wasn't as great. The food was as nice as ever but seemed very repetitive this time around, and the pool was freezing and my kids couldn't stand it. They loved the entertainment... More

The Food was good, staff were friendly and it was in a good location with the buses going every few minutes into Salou and la peinda (probably didn't spell that right!) and the beach just a ten minute walk! The only down side was that the beds were just a bit uncomfortable and we had to wait until our rooms... More

Being all inclusive we were a little wary however chuffed that the food was fantastic as were the drinks and staff. We went in the last week of the season and the weather was great . The local bus runs past the hotel connecting you to la pineda, tarragone, barcelona, salou, cambrilles. Currency change can be done at reception, rooms... More

My 3 sons and I travelled here from the 18th to the 25th October and on the whole thought the hotel was one of the best 3* all inclusive we have been to. Reception:- we were seen to pretty quickly. The only gripe was that they required us to pay 3.5 Euro for myself and also my 17 year son... More

It was my my 3rd visit to Salou and I would definitely return to Festival Village, in fact I think I will be booking for myself and my son to go in the summer. The staff here are friendly and helpful, we never had any problems but whenever we asked for advice they where very attentive. The variety of food wasreasonable and the quality good. For a 3star hotel the entertainment was good, although one of the team was a bit too over enthusiastic. He was always trying to get you to take part... More

A lovely friendly hotel with very attentive staff from the manager to the bar staff. Kept clean and tidy and never too busy for food and drinks. Being all inclusive can be a gamble but with 2 teenagers in our group of 5 there were always things to keep them happy. The entertainers worked very hard and were good fun.... More

rooms are very spacious but very dated, good enterainment but venue needs updating too much like a café, on the plus side nice friendly staff that worked very hard and the food I can honestly say is the best we've ever had in an al inclusive hotel for the food alone I would rate this hotel as a 4 star and... Thank you for your honest opinion of the hotel, and apologies you felt the hotel could do with a little bit of updating; this will most certainly be addressed and considered on the next meetings. Just had a fantastic end of season week at the Festival Village 20 - 27th October. Why some people leave negative comments is totally beyond me. They are obviously scared of saying something at the time and use this site as a way of airing their views. We arrived at 2pm on the 20th to a rally nice welcome. Check... More

Just got back from our holiday at the Festival Village Hotel, we were the last guests of the season, we did think this may affect the service we received, but seriously we could not fault this hotel.
