all i can say is 7 of us went the eldest being 62 the youngest 7 months and out of the 6 who can voice an opinion all said what a great place.From Jose the manager, reciption staff,kids entertainers, life gaurd,catering/bar staff right down to the cleaners were all very polite and helpful. My family and i stayed at the festival village from 16/6/09 to 30/6/09. Firstly,a big thank you to all the staff.Especially,Jose,Maria,Clara,Michel,Maggie,Julie,Kate,ALL the bar staff,restaurant staff,the cleaners and not forgetting Alexander,the life guard. When i arrived at festival village i knew i would like it...the staff where very friendly and helpful, it was very clean and i seen there was alot of activities going on.
