Very friendly staff; solved any problem that came up. No bother getting more pillows, toilet rolls etc. The entertainment staff were great (Bryan and Nina) and had lots of time for the children. Just came back yesterday and I have to say the satff are extremely friendly and helpful. Bryan and nina (entertainment staff) do an excellent job with their limited time and resources. Returned yesterday and can only say the Staff at this Hotel are excellent along with our Rep Lindsey shame about the other Guests. They seemed to think it was ok for their kids to run riot, smash up the pool table, knock the balls down when our children had paid 2 euros for the game and when approaching the parents... More
