Rooms were basic, but you could get a nights sleep. The pool was dominated by a couple of agressive families, who eventially left, but the staff seemed frightened of them. Just returned from a second stay at the h10 salou princess.Surprised to find that hardley any of the staff had changed,so obviously a good company to work for.All the staff remembered and welcomed us from last year and gave us a pool view room which was a nice touch.Perfect location for the beach and all ameneties.This hotel is more geared... more

The location of this Hotel was very good, right by the centre of Salou. Get a room over the pool if you can but these seem to be reserved for the spanish. Argued with the receptionist about this but she said that rooms are allocated on arrival but the majority of the pool view rooms seem to be occupied by spanish guests but all in all a great hotel. more

Stayed here 2 weeks from 28 Aug, hotel was brilliant, location was brilliant, food was brilliant, i saw somebody complained there was chips for breakfast...well u don't have to eat them, i just had the cereals pastries and fruit for breakfast!
