The rooms were ok, had all the basics, but nothing more. Should clean more ofter - dust almost everythere. Staff not nice at all - they couldn't answer just basic questions. Just spent a week in the resort. The staff were not very helpful or friendly, the food was average and almost always the same. Our room was very dirty especially the large deck we had was never cleaned and covered in bird droppings, the curtains and the window seat were filthy. We stayed at the Port Aventura hotel for one night on Sunday, June 28th.
