Have travelled a lot in Asia and the Americas staying always 4 - 5* and this does not match 4* there, but if you do your research you will know exactly what to expect. Transfer time is about 25 mins but there are roadworks on way back to the airport and this can add another 30 mins to your joiurney.... more

rooms good size. had a select room seperate bed for use. kids had pull out bed. serperate kitchen. balcony. apart from main pool all others across a main road . they have build a walk way but its still 15 mins with the kids so a bit of a trek. the beach is non existant it you want the walk... more

First Choice holiday Reps were always smiling friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from the arrival of our tickets to the flight home. My tip would be dont go, rooms were not cleaned for the entire week, you are told your eating times on arrival which only have an hour window and if you are on the 8- 9p.m. dinner sitting bang on 9 oclock the lights are off and the buffet is closed. If you only want a snack for lunch the... more
