We arrived late into the evening to find that the 'reception', which turned out to be a local tourist office, was closed and after two attempts to access the front door of the hotel found the keys sellotaped to the underside of the mailbox outside of the reception, which was situated up a very steep bank. Slightly puzzled by the lay out of the hotel, lack of pool and balcony, we had no option other than to wait until the following day to contact our travel company. Our room was very small and dingy with no seating or table, other than a very small dressing table, which considering we were self catering was cramped. The crockery was chipped with a rather dubious brown ring stain under a mug on the shelf of the cupboard, and the cutlery was minimal. Cooking facilities were limited to a microwave. The hotel leads out directly onto the main street, where there is an endless flow of traffic, as this is a main route to the pueblo.
