Found the Hotel very clean in all department. our room was kept clean on a daily basis. the food was wonderful.all the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.entertainment was very good. the room we had was very small but clean .bar prices quite reasonable. the only letdown was the walk up the hill. deserves 3 star rating.... more

My overall opinion of the hotel is good despite the awful rude reception staff. The check in was very difficult due to the receptionists lack of English and other front desk staff were rude when spoken to.
