We spent a week at this hotel. Our first trip to this part of Spain. The hotel was well located, very near the beach and close to most amenities. We were on a half-board basis. The evening meal was good though not fantastic, but certainly was adequate for what we needed. The service was good and we enjoyed it. The... More

Sea view room was well worth the extra £10 a night. Breakfast was adequate if not spectacular. Bathrooms were all nice and clean but rooms themselves were dated and a little tatty, but clean. The biggest let down was the corridors, smelly and crusty and in desperate need of a revamp. But for £55/60 a night, in a perfect location,... More

I stayed in this hotel recently as a package deal, while the staff were extremely friendly and I couldnt fault them I would say that the hotel itself is most certainly not a 4 star hotel it definitley needs a revamp. The food was also ok nothing special but you can find something to eat. For the price i paid... More

Clean, tidy and has everything you need. Very good positioning for beech, marina and 24 hour square. Staff friendly and helpful. Standards have risen since the hotel was built though. Would stay again but would take a chance on a different hotel for the same price.

This hotel is very dated and needs redecorated, it is very old fashioned and a bit run down. Deffinetly not a 4 star. The bathroom doors wood is all chipped and the TV is restricted to a certain volume, all spanish channels. There was not a good selection of shower gels as we had run out and needed some for... This hotel advertises 4 star, believe me this is never 4 star it is bordering 2-3 if it was a 3 you would not be impressed, the rooms were not cleaned once in the week we were there bins emptied twice and the second time was when I dragged the full bin out to the centre of the floor. You... More

Our stay here was just ok. The hotel is tired and a little run down but is very clean. The food wasn't great but it was ok my husband and I ate out most of the time. The location is great and the staff are really friendly.

So much to love about Hotel Alay it's hard to know where to start, we have just arrived back from a 7 night stay, we arrived on a Wednesday morning before lunch and were taken to our room with ten minutes of arrival, the duty manager even brought our suitcases up to our room for us. We had a family... More
