This hotel gives very good value for money. Room rates are low and includes a very adequate buffet breakfast. Reception staff efficient and helpful. Rooms adequate in size and cleaned well. Very good location. Free wifi in the hotel.

Having only booked our rooms only half an hour before arriving at the hotel, it was was fair enough our booking hadn't yet appeared on their system. However, this didn't stop the Hotel Balmoral staff going above and beyond to honour our reservation. The rooms were immaculate, the food was nice and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The location of this hotel is PERFECT, and together with the price and the big breakfast makes me give this hotel excellent rating. If you are like me and don't like soft beds, you will sleep perfectly. I will surely go back!!
