The hotel is located amidst a vast expanse of fields, it takes a car to visit the nearby town of Zeulenroda. But the hotel itself has got a very heplful staff and also a very good restaurant for dinner and breakfast! I recommend it for all seeking a repose from their busy city lives.

Beautiful and well equipped hotel located in front of a nice lake. Week days normally works as a business hotel and is usually quite full. During the summer time, specially in August, hotel has plenty of spare rooms. Due to its "bio" nature, rooms don't have air conditioning, which can be a problem on hot days, in the lake facing... We stayed there for a Birthday Celebration. We are volunteer vegans and eat only food we know the source of. In Bio Hotel with Bio in the name I expect at least more than 1 dish on the Main Menu in the Main Restaurant. The Breakfast is a disaster for people with vegan nutrition - they have soja products on... More

Nice place, in the middle of a rural area. Good sustainability drive concept. Rooms are worth the money - no thrills, just good. Also good for working at night, Sport facilities are great: both in side as outside the hotel. Retsuarant is grat: both the breakfast and the dinber. Go there - best place around

My stay was paralleled by two seminar groups, with a three day gap in between. During these three days, the number of guests was around 10 (recall: The hotel has roughly 160 rooms and can probably bed 350 guests!). This hotel, however, deserved much better. Staff was extremely friendly and had the rare gift of caring without being aggressive. They... More

The Seehotel is a very modern hotel that offers all amenities required for the business and leisure traveler. It is a bit unexpected to find a hotel of this type in such a remote location. The hotel offers a great lakeside view from the modern, clean and well equipped rooms. The atrium lobby is quite impressive with its glass evelevators... More

Lovely location with a panoramic view of the wonderful green countryside, the lake and Zeulenroda from the sixth floor dining room. Staff very efficient and most helpful, food excellent, health facilities superb, rooms large bright, modern and comfortable and the peacful quiet location made it very relaxing and easy to sleep. It would have been nice if the hotel had... More
