Stayed here on my own 14-21March2015 The hotel is certainly not pretty, but is pleasant in the reception area and bar. My room was fine, a bit plasticky but well maintained and very clean, as was the whole hotel. Lots of hot water, tho the shower door would close only partially. Bed comfortable. Restaurant self service with a great variety... More

Easy access to all areas of the three valleys ski area. Ski out - almost - and ski in to back door. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable beds with plenty of wardrobe space, fridge and good views. The meals were buffet style with a huge arrange of excellent dishes served every evening, usually with a theme. There was varied... More

We arrived yesterday... nice hotel club... nice reception... food correct (happily I'm in half board and I'll be able to eat something else now and then)... people very welcoming, excellent organisation.... but : to reach the ski room 25 stone steps and one long slippery corridor, the take you ski on the shoulder and walk 40 meter or take your... I staid in this hotel for a week and I have to say a lot of positive things about it. - The staff are friendly. - The food is buffet style. There was a lot of choice and even the most picky eaters will find something to their liking. - There are ski lockers at your disposal. - The staff organized... This club hotel is perfect for families with children, they even take care of the babies. It can lead to a bit of noise in the dining room, nut it is compensated by the quality of the buffet. There is a wide choice which changes every day. Rooms are on the small side (17 m2) but that is very common... More

Main thing to know about this hotel is that it is geared for families (French ones). The bar in the evenings is just for kids entertainment. If you want to enjoy an evening drink you have to take it upstairs & sit in the lounge. Also, you have to pick your way through the restaurant so as not to tread... More

Neige et Ciel is in a great location, right near the lifts so you can ski straight back into the hotel. I would say the hotel itself attracts families rather than a younger crowd, so if you're looking for a lively atmosphere then give Les Menuires a side step. It consists of a handful of bars/restaurants, didn't notice a night... More

I went with my 16 yr old son on a Nielsen package. It was a late booking and there wasn't much choice so I can't complain too much but ... Rooms are ultra basic, barely 3 star. There was a 3rd bed in the room which meant that there was barely a space to get between the beds, we asked... More

This was not our first stay in the three valleys, but Les Menuires was deliberately chosen for being central and family orientated. The hotel itself is very pleasant, and family friendly the rooms are basic but clean, and the hot water is plentiful for an apres soak or shower. Food variety at breakfast and dinner was always varied with plenty... More

Our trip was first week in Feb 2014, and we were a party of 4 adult all with a lot of skiing experience. We went with crystal/ Thompson, and have been with them many other times. The Hotel is pretty standard Crystal 3 star hotel. Nice reception lounge type area, and a big bar, overlooking the minor slope. The bar... More
