We stayed at this hotel for one week in March. The location is fantastic ski in ski out. The room was on the small side but having free WIFI, a safe & a fridge made up for it. The food was alright but nothing to rave about. They were accommodating for vegetarians but there wasn't much choice if you were... More

Very good hotel on the outskirts of the village of Belle-Plagne, right next to ski-slopes. Spacious room with refrigerator, hot tub, TV (only French channels), wifi and balcony in the sun. The quality of the food in the restaurant of the hotel is good (but no choice on the menu). The staff was very helpfull. I liked most the proximity... More

When arriving at the hotel, a nice lady with a superb smile wished us welcome and told us the room was ready.then the rooms are quite big compare as what we are used to see in Europe and the bed were absolutely so comfortable. The food at the restaurant downstairs was waesome and the variation of the day menue was... More

We're just back from a superb week's skiing and I have to say this was one of the nicest hotels I've holidayed in. First of all, the location is excellent. If you're hiring your ski gear the hire shop is next door and the bar within the Balcons hotel and residence is one of the better places to stop for... More

Whilst nice, I think for me it boils down to cost V satisfaction. With my single room supplement I paid nearly £1,200 for the first week in Feb whereas my sister and partner paid less than £600 each for cheap and cheerful in Plagne Centre. The quality of food in the restaurant is good, but as I read previously in... More

This was my second visit to this hotel and on this occasion we were a family party of 16 to celebrate my 80th birthday. The hotel has a traditional French chalet feel and the rooms are well appointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the new chef produced excellent meals and provided alternatives for our younger children. It... More

The hotel was nice, reception staff lovely. The restaurant only had a French menu despite the english guests and the waiters couldnt translate or speak any english!! very very limited choice, and the English were always served last, and never with a smile!!!!! Would not recommend.

I have just returned from a week at this hotel with a friend. We have both agreed how much we loved our holiday and staying at this hotel was perfect. We arrived early on a Saturday before rooms are available and the very friendly reception staff told us that we had been upgraded and our room was ready straight away.... More

Just spent four nights here, and really enjoyed our stay. Had a corner room on the third floor, so two balconies and two views of the pistes. Room wasn't huge but we benefitted from quite a large corridor, so great for dumping big items. Room also had a fridge and kettle, which is quite unusual, so wish I'd known about... More

The Hotel is so well located for ski-in/ski-out - Breakfast was excellent. I found the actual hotel hard to navigate with two independent lift systems - both of which we had to use to get from our room to our skis. The second lift could not be called from ground level which was Floor 1! and meant we had to... More
