First things first - we stayed here for a weekend skiing and Belle Plagne and the resort area is great. However, during our stay at the hotel there was no hot water, due to the boilder breaking down. To avoid confusion - there are Balcons apartments and a hotel which are in neighbouring buildings. This review relates to the hotel, where we stayed.
