The Views were great, Ski directly in and out of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Beguin.

We were two couples and had a linked accommodation/ appartment on the newley (to a very high standard) refurbished, top floor of the building.

The service was lovely, food was great and typically French, Starter of Soup or a well equipt buffet of meats, fish, pates and salads, followed by the dish of the day then a great list of sweets available followed if you could manage by a substantial cheese board.

There is no way really of walking from the village of 1600. And though you could ski it in less than 2 mins, the road isn't so direct. You must get a free bus from the bus stop, along the road past the ucpa, of which the last leaves les arc 1600 at about 8pm most of the week and travels up to les arc 2000. The trip to and from the hotel takes about 8 mins on the bus. more
