Not a bad little place to stay, clean and well situated with decent ski in/ski out. Ideal for a short stay, but could be a little tiresome and lacking facilities for anything longer. I've stayed on a couple occasions over long weekends and would probably go back. You get what you pay for.

Clean apartment with good facilities, nothing fancy but a good space. We paid extra for the separate bedroom even though there were just two of us but it was worth it to get the extra space. Ski/board hire shop downstairs is really handy too.

We booked a 1 bed apartment, which apparently will sleep up to 6. I wouldn't try! There were only my two children and I and that was enough. Bathroom small, but everything worked and was pretty clean. TV broke during the stay and was replaced immediately. Small kitchen, but well worth stocking up on food at the very nearby supermarket... The Residence Saska Falaise is actually a hotel that has several buildings that they run. We stayed in the Chapka building. Our apartment/flat was very small, but clean when we recently visited Avoriaz. It was almost too small for 4, but we managed to squeeze in fine. We tried to optimize our time out on the slopes and spent the... More

we stayed at the newer Pierre & Vacances apartments at the top of the escalator - we were a party of 4 and took 2 apartments which opened to make 1 large apartment. The interior was clean & modern, the beds & bathrooms contemporary / clean, great kitchen & lounge diner which was huge. Good size boot room with ample... More

We enjoyed this hotel, although the rooms were pretty small and we had no double beds. The room had a separate closed off area that contained bunk beds and the front room had a trundle and a single bed that also acted as couches. My husband and I pushed together the single beds in the front room to act as... More

This property advertise that 5 persons can be accommodated in the smallest apartment category. Well, this is not incorrect, but I will not recommend more than 1 couple and 1 single person. The apartments are very basic and are more suitable for low budget travelers than travelers looking for comfort and indulgence. I’m still amazed how bad French people speak... More
