Ibis hotel with standard quality and good service, located in a quite zone. But some improvements could mean a pleasant stay. The wifi is not very fast, the noise and cold isolation in the rooms are needing some improvements. The parking is free and acessible.

standard 3 stars hotel, very small room without a cabinet; the room is so small you can't open the suitcase; luckily I had only a small rucksack. Suitable for 1 or 2 nights; it was the only available choice in Luxembourg and around, but is 1 hour far from the Lux airport, and the taxy was bloody expensive ! Phone... More

We stayed here for three nights on a battlefields tour , with my two friends. The ibis longwy mexy is a modern hotel, its at the edge of town and is a good location to see the maginot line fortifications. Our rooms were very clean and beds are very comfortable, shower room nice and new, with shower gel supplied ,... More

The hotel was a little isolated from the main town, but the food and service was excellent. The staff had a little understanding of english, but tried very hard to assist us (who had little understanding of french or german) in every way they could. Rooms were spacous (family double plus a single) for a budget hotel.

Other than the evening receptionist, surly staff, poor menu and a sense that corners were being cut. Also families appeared to be living in the hotel. Men would carry big bags of rubbish through the reception area, children exercised in the car park and gatherings of men at the entrance.

Over the last ten years we've stayed at lots of Ibis hotels all over France and generally know what to expect but we shall never be staying here again. The hotel is poorly located and there are no services close by. We arrived on a Saturday evening to be told the restaurant was closed despite the webpage claiming it served... More

I've just spent three nights in this hotel and can't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Yes, my room had a faint whiff of cigarette smoke, but the rooms had very efficient air-conditioning, a real bonus as it was hot and humid the day we arrived, and in no time the smell had gone. The room was clean,... More
