Located close to Verdun and many WW1 battlefield sites, the Chateau was a convenient location on a tour of the region. A lovely place to stay, full of character and charm and the food was superb. We spent two nights here whilst visiting the WWI battlefields and other historic sites during the day. We were made to feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return again. more
Initial welcome not helpful as our host was out. A family member was there , who rushed off to answer her mobile phone before calling her brother to help . After a few days staying at the Chateau, it was difficult to pull away from the excellent hospitality.
