We travelled as a family of four with children aged 8 and 10 years old. The facilities for the children are excellent. They especially enjoyed the pool and slides. The food was mainly cafe style at the pool restaurant, and is OK for the odd few meals - if you like pizza and burgers that is. Although, the salads are... More

I agree with the review "Best described as Brown Matter”. I speak fluent French, so I do know what the staff were saying about "the English"; it is not appropriate to post half of it on this website however. English are treated as below other nationalities on this site, especially the French. Staff started arguments with my family and afterwards... More

We had originally booked into another les castels site but realised on the way there that they did not accept dogs so we turned up here got a lovely pitch for a week.... Fab pool for under 2's and even on busy days we parked up at pool with a towel but it was fine as we were so busy... More

My family and I have just returned from a weeks holiday on this campsite. We all had a great time. Keycamp and Eurocamp staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Chloe who was very welcoming. Mobile home was great, very clean. Campsite was great for the kids, the pool area and park facilities are very good. Would definitely return to... More

This is our third visit to this site and our second with Keycamp. Last year our experience was tainted by the dirty cabin but notwithstanding that we rebooked for this year as the site itself is superb and just what we want. After a long couple of days - 460 miles on day one followed by an overnight ferry and... More

We stayed in this campsite in May 2013 with 3 and a 1 year old. The setting of this campsite is very beautiful it has a genuinely lovely feel to it. We were very unfortunate with the weather and therefore could not take advantage of the outdoor pool complex - the water was too cold. The splash pool was broken... More

The camp site is 6 miles from Le Bugue set on a hill in the middle of the wooded countryside. The peacefulness of the site is just wonderful. Most pitches have a view over the adjacent farm and generally face south west. The site has an indoor and outdoor pool with paddling pool for the youngsters. It also has two... More

Arrived here very late to find that the campsite was closed but found it very easy to get hold of a key camp member to check us in. We have been only here for a few days but have found the place absolutely amazing. Me and my partner went to the restaurant tonight and had the steak which was right... More

A right miserable place to stay. Booked as a family holiday for my 4,2 and 0 year old. Advertised as the flagship keycamp and winner of all the awards. Not sure what awards though. If you are not French then you are treated like brown matter. We arrived at 21:30, all the kids starving. There was one single keycamp worker,... More
