In short - Book this place. now. :) In detail: The property itself is incredable. - the Interiror (& external) design, the furniture, the housewears, the gardens, etc. Very clean. Very well kept. Everything is very stylish, and prestigous - all of the paintings, sculpters, flower arrangments and so on. The breakfast was great - everything from the silverware to... More

We stayed just one night on our journey south but what a find. The hosts were excellent, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped. The views are just gorgeous. We had a wonderful breakfast of fresh fruit, cereal, home made yoghurt, crepes and croissants, what a feast. Would definitely recommend this place. Five... More

We can endorse the positive comments in the other reviews. The atmosphere was efficient and friendly. The hosts are pleasant and helpful. The meals and the wine selections were excellent. The guest houses are modern, imaginatively designed and comfortable. And there is a beautiful view across the valley! There is an interesting market in Le Bugue on Tuesdays.

We loved this B& B on a hill overlooking Le Bugue in the Dordogne. Our hosts Murielle and Francis were wonderful!! Helpful & informative. The food for breakfast included the bounty of their garden! We had a marvellous "table d'hotes" dinner on the terrace one night! Beaucoup wine and lively conversations with the other guests made for a memorable evening!... More

Spacious and very nicely decorated rooms. Pool. Terrace views of the Perigord Hills. Walk to Le Bugue and a bit longer to other towns. The Hostess was most accomodating, giving us a great suggestion for dinner one night, and serving the group of Guests en famille another night. We like to hike and the local Tourist office in Le Bogue... More
