Just back from 8 nights here with Jolet Vacances - It was our first trip to a campsite and was absolutely everything Joe told me it would be... 1hr 40 mins flight from Dublin and 5-10 mins in a taxi to the campsite - Great welcome from Joe and Hannah who were more than helpful throughout the stay. The mobile... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in june/july14 It's a fine site, split by a minor road, served by a local bus to the village of Bidart proper. We were in the upper side, where the Reception/bar/shop is. Staff were fine checking in, had good english, appreciated my attempts at french. We stayed in a 2 bed cabin, with a... More

Just spent a great week at Camping le Ruisseau in France which I booked through Colette at Jolet Vacances (an Irish Company). She was lovely and made sure she gave us the perfect mobile for our needs which was in a great location. From the moment we arrived they were so helpful and friendly and just couldn't do enough for... More

Stayed in the middle of May 2014 for 10 nights with Eurocamp. It is a good site, well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The good things are the close by beaches that are very clean and extensive, and the mountains that can be seen from the site and are well worth a trip. Do not miss the little train... More

Visited with the family last summer. Stayed with Eurocamp in one of their caravans, this was fine and as you'd expect. Site has good facilities and large pool but didn't visit the paying pool. We didn't stay on site much, and spent lots of time either at beaches in the area (Bidart beach is brilliant for bodyboarding and skim boarding)... More

We travelled to camping Le Ruisseau in July 2013 having booked with Jolet Vacances(Irish company) and had a wonderful experience. Our mobile was in a super location and was spotless and ready on time and the site had everything we required for great family holiday. Our Rep Joe was brilliant and was on hand with plenty of information about the... More

We had a 7 night stay at Le Ruisseau with Key Camp in July. The site is tired looking and no way near a 5 star. The staff in the site restaurant were not very friendly. When we asked for extra ice for our drinks on a very hot day, they said no as they only had a small ice... More

We visited this place in September and to be honest, found it quite odd. We had a two year old with us but despite it being labelled as a 'family' campsite, couldn't get food before 7 o clock at night (too late for a toddler) meaning we couldn't eat as a family on the campsite during our holiday. The 'indoor... More

My family and I spent 16 nights here this August and have returned requesting a partial refund from our tour operator (which has been honoured). The site is 450 pitches of which 436 are static mobile homes. The disco and entertainment takes place next to the 14 tent pitches, not conducive for any kind of sleep. Sanitation is not 5... More

We had a 10 night stay at Le Ruisseau with Key Camp in September. The area around the site is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring. The site restaurant was good and we ate there on two evenings. Those are the plus points. On the downside, the site is very wooded and our caravan never got any sun... More
