We spent 3 nights here as part of a 6-day cycling holiday in the Alsace region in early April. Bergheim is a very pretty village, well worth a visit and this hotel is nothing short of lovely. Our room was a small studio, equipped with a little kitchen which meant that we could easily make coffee in the mornings. The... More

My friends and I stayed in an apartment here for just one night. They had the upstairs room, which was spacious and quite nice. I was in the downstairs, on a gold open sofa. That was more compact, but still comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and helped us make a reservation at s nearby restaurant when the on-site restaurant... More

We stayed in the La Cour du Bailli in December, and found it totally charming! Historically, this building was the home of the "tax collector" (loose translation of bailli) of this area. Each room is a bit different, and they have rooms to accommodate individuals or larger family groups. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and ours was quite roomy... More

Living just an hour away in Basel, we have been visiting many of the small wine villages in the Alsace region and Bergheim is one of the many lovely ones nearby. La Cour du Bailli hotel looked very pretty in the onine photos as it was in reality. I loved the very pretty and rustic courtyard off which our room... More

We stayed here for 1 night and we were travelling with our dog. The hotel, staff and rooms were perfect. There is a really lovely atmosphere to the village and it's incredibly beautiful. It's walking distance to the Gustav Lorenz visitor shop and is also walking distance from some amazing restaurants. We will definitely be back!

What a great find. This hotel in the heart of Bergheim is so nice. The outdoor patio is the perfect place for dinner, drinks, or just hanging out. The dinner we had outside here was just so relaxing. One of our travelers was in a wheelchair and could not get into the restaurant so they made arrangements for us to... More

I'm rating this hotel highly for several reasons, with only one reservation. One selling point is the location in Bergheim which is a wonderful, quiet little town, away from the main tourist traffic. From what I can tell, the two hotels reviewed here may be the only two available. The town is quaint in the typical Alsace way, with a... More
