We arrived for my wife's birthday week. Dodged a blizzard in NY and winds from Miami. The hotel is 5 min from the airport. So convenient! The food is beyond magnificent. The service is superb! I want to thank the GM Mr. JP Marten and Hotel Operations Mgr Peter Kyle for making our stay enjoyable, peaceful and happy! It was... More

Great hotel and the all inclusive is a must! Food is expensive in Bermuda and the all the inclusive price is a steal for what you're getting. 3 meals a day, drinks and free bus/ferry passes. Pros: -Great chef, the food is awesome -Hotel is small enough that you're not walking all over the place. Small resort and everything is... More

We had this hotel in mind for a while and finally got to stay and very glad we did. It is situated at the quiet end of the islands even though it is close to the airport. We were not disturbed by the aircraft as there are not that many flights and not late flights. Our room had great uninterrupted... More

We left JFK NY about 8:30AM and we're drinking some Swizzles at the inn by 11AM. Our anniversary trip was a success. Staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. We did not do the meal option as we did not want to limit our dinning options. Breakfast at the resort is a bit pricey at $52 a couple. Rooms... More

This resort is on a bay, has both beach and pool and lots of water activities. They have package plans and non-package plans for food and beverages. Beautiful views, nice grounds, nice lobby and food service.

The resort is set in beautiful grounds with its own beach and cave. January has its disadvantages as many of the things I'd have like to have participated in were closed for the winter season and we did have a lot of bad weather but on the plus side it was lovely to sit by their open fires and we... Stayed for five nights in the off season. Lovely complex with fourteen separate buildings on the large property. Some up on the hillside and others closer to the small clean, private beach with fine white sand. The hotel offers a free shuttle from the Reception to any building and will even drive you down the one block to North Road... More

We stayed for 14 days, although the weather could have been better (Jan 16) the island is a delight. We could not have found a nicer hotel to stay in, it is delightful, full of character, with good rooms and lovely view. It is also well positioned for access to island interests. It has a lovely private beach. The friendly staff... More

Just returned from Bermuda yesterday. Stayed at the Grotto Bay Resort 9 nights with my husband. Excellent time to have a vacation as it is considered "wintertime" and there are a lot less tourists! The Grotto staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. They even remembered our names and room number. June was especially gracious in welcoming us and in... More

I stayed at the Grotto Bay with my adult granddaughter in a room overlooking the water. We had several meals in the restaurant. The hotel is reasonably priced and very nice. The food was good but a little pricey. The people who worked there were phenomenal. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way several times to help... More
