The first night they forgot to clean the bathroom. The second night they entered into the room even when I had put the "do not disturb sign" on the door. Have just returened from this hotel on a business trip and am afraid to say that it is pretty awful. As a new hotel it seems not to thave been properly tested, for instance the lifts didn't work properly and when our party of 80 turned up there was not enough hot water for us to have showers.
